LAMAN SENI KUALA LUMPUR (or Kuala Lumpur Arts Market) is jointly organised by The National Art Gallery of Malaysia and agencies under the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage Malaysia together with Kuala Lumpur City Hall, various artists' associations, painters, designers, designers, artisans, craftspersons and art students.

LAMAN SENI KUALA LUMPUR activities are divided into four main categories:

1. Arts and crafts bazaar where shoppers can find a wide selection of art and craft items that they can buy direct from the artists/craftspersons.

2. Demonstration and open studio by local artists and craftspersons where visitors can learn how an idea become a creation and interact with the artists/craftspersons.

3. Free hands-on art projects including art competition for the family and art appreciation sessions for all.

4. Live performances by musicians and dancers to spruce up the atmosphere and lend a festive flair. Visitors can also enjoy movie screenings and night-time wayang kulit performances.
